Before you begin your home search, it's important to obtain a pre-approval letter from a reliable lender who will be with you throughout the financing process. Your lender will analyze your credit, debts, and income to help you set a budget that is right for you. Check out my Service Provider section for lender recommendations.

After setting your budget, determining the best area for your family is the next step. Once you have narrowed down areas where you'd like to live, I can assist you in identifying the home that best fits your needs. Click here for access to current listings! When you're ready, we'll tour homes until we find the one that's right for you!

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A WINNING OFFER?
I will guide you in offering the most competitive price and terms using extensive market knowledge and negotiation strategy. In today’s market, bidding wars are common. Rest assured I am prepared to help you make a winning offer.

CONDUCT HOME INSPECTION AND OBTAIN MORTGAGE APPROVAL AND INSURANCE
Once your offer has been accepted, check in with our service providers to secure your lender, home inspector, home insurance agent, moving company and more. It's my job to manage this transaction to ensure your closing goes as smoothly as possible.

WHEN DO YOU GET THE KEYS?
Now for the fun part ... closing day. I will arrange a final walk through of your new home the day before closing and then most clients can plan to get keys and possession at the closing table.
